EDUCATION
TIPS
Think from the end result backwards
Business can run away with you! That's why it's so important to stop, think and plan. Before you start on your enterprise journey, think hard about what you want your business to deliver into your life.
Do you want more money? If so, do you want lots of money, or just enough to live a comfortable life? Are you starting your own business because you want more free time, or are you happy to work all the hours it takes to build your empire? Do you want to work alone, or be in charge of your own staff team? Will you work from home, or do you want a suite of offices? Will you sell online or from your own shop?
And, most importantly, what will you sell and how do you know there is a market for it?
So many questions. But by taking the time to think about all of these things *before* you start, you'll build the right kind of business for you and you're more likely to be able to keep control of it as it grows and expands! Essential Business. (29-08-10)
